Returned items need to have a Return Authorization Number (RA number) which has been generated by a Medi IQ Representative. (Call 082 809 8333 or email sales@fitnessshop.co.za for your RA number). This will ensure a timely transaction.

Medi IQ recommends that you should return your items via a courier or as an insured parcel to ensure return delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with an item it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be shipped back to Medi IQ with freight prepaid. Warranty and or defective items that need to be returned please call Medi IQ directly for further assistance.
