Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your RA number  and of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

24-48 hour delivery time if confirmation of payment is received before 12.00pm and all the items are in stock.

Areas include Port Edward to Richards Bay and inland to Howick.

CAPE

Fastway Couriers - R70.00 per 15kg parcel add R15 for an additional 15kg (Door to Door)

48-72 hour delivery time if confirmation of payment is received before 12.00pm and all the items are in stock.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

SAPO

SA Post Office delivers to your PO Box address or nearest Post Office Counter.

Costs are based on weight of the parcel and value.

Approximate Calculation: R36.00 for 1st KG + R3.50 per kg there after + 2% of parcel value for insurance.

Postage takes 3-7 working days depending on the area.
